Flexible Integrative Training+ (FIT+):

Individual coaching for re-entry into the job market As the first impression in a job interview is crucial, we prepare participants specifically for their external appearance. Individual coaching teaches them how to appear confident and self-assured by dressing appropriately and appearing well-groomed. The main aim is to boost self-confidence and motivation in the long term.

We also place great emphasis on health and stress prevention. Participants learn exercises that help them to reduce stress and build resilience in their everyday and professional lives. This coaching is aimed at anyone who needs intensive support when re-entering the job market – especially single parents who are faced with the challenge of combining family and career. The coaching is individually tailored to the goals and needs of the participants in order to achieve the best possible results.

Starting your career +:

Job-specific language course If the start of your professional life is associated with language barriers, the focus is on overcoming these in a targeted manner. In this job-specific language course, we intensively teach the vocabulary and grammar that are important in various professions in Germany.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring that the vocabulary learned is tailored to the participants’ specific career aspirations and qualifications so that they can prepare themselves optimally for the job market. For people with a migration background, the linking of existing professional knowledge with German technical language is encouraged. In addition, relevant job profiles and training requirements are presented in order to develop an individual job profile for each participant.

Jobkompass+:

This seminar focuses on providing participants with targeted support in their job search and application process. In addition to providing a framework for career orientation, basic knowledge and skills are taught that are essential for everyday working life. A central component of the seminar is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge about their rights and obligations as employees as well as company structures. In addition, particular emphasis is placed on strengthening the participants in a framework of action that promotes their personal responsibility and quality of life in the long term – also outside of work.

The focus is on practical, interactive exercises that comprehensively prepare participants for the application process – from the job search to the creation of meaningful application documents and the successful conclusion of a contract. In addition, they receive helpful information on the topics of finance and health in order to facilitate a new career start or re-entry. Regardless of whether the participants have an apprenticeship or not – this seminar offers ideal preparation for a successful application and entry into working life!

Introduction to Intercultural Competence: Exploring cultural definitions, key components of intercultural competence, cultural identification, self-perception, and cultural awareness.

Social Competence Seminar (Russian/Arabic)

Introduction to Social Competence: Focusing on resilience and self-awareness, effective self-expression, understanding personal needs, self-care, burnout prevention, self-reflection, and self-motivation.
